Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health that supports the body’s inherent ability to heal itself when provided with the right conditions. Naturopathy combines evidence-based scientific research with traditional naturopathic principles.  Naturopathy aims  to treat the cause and acknowledges that body systems are interconnected so it is important to treat the whole person by utilizing diet, lifestyle, herbal medicines and nutraceutical prescriptions.  Naturopathy does not aim to replace primary medicine in any way but can work supportively alongside primary medicine to support a wide range of health conditions.

I take the time to get to know you so that I can address the root cause of your symptoms, and this may include pathology testing if relevant, all the while educating and empowering you on your health journey.  I understand that most of us live busy lives, so I aim to provide you with realistic recommendations that may include herbal and nutraceutical prescriptions as well as diet and lifestyle advice.
